1999 All Tidewater 1st Team


For two years running, Brian French of the Virginian Pilot
managed to credit other female athletes for copy involving Cheri White.
A couple e-mails to sports@pilotonline.com - attempting to draw any profound sports commentary - like maybe even just a simple  "sorry about that" went unanswered.  Oh well...

Failing to raise even a small harrumph, we took matters into our own hands.
Since we don't have our own press photographers or great copy editors, this is about the best we can offer for what might have otherwise been some terrific "ata girl" press for Cheri in 1998/1999...
